This album consists of two libraries. One, the Carnegie building which served as Uplands library from 1913 thru 1969 when the city library opened it's doors. We found normal run of the mill spirits in the Carnegie, but found much more shall we say inconceivable paranormal things in the city library. Audio also will be up to listen to as well.
