This place is located near Magic Mountain in Santa Clarita Valley. It contains several buildings with historical meaning and significance to this community. They were all moved here to surround the focal point of the property which is the Saugus train station that opened on September 1, 1887 when the spur line to Ventura was completed by Southern Pacific Railroad. It has been used in a few Hollywood productions over the years dating back to Charlie Chaplin in "The Pilgrim". There is a Mogul Train Engine on the tracks donated to the historical society by Gene Autry. There are other structures here with their own history along with some of their ghostly attachments.
